Applicable scope: Cement or terrazzo floors in workshops of manufacturing plants such as electrical appliances, electronics, machinery, food, medicine, chemicals, tobacco, beverages, textiles, clothing, furniture, plastics, stationery and sports supplies.
Construction technology
Plain ground treatment: First, the original floor is fully polished, and the uneven areas need to be repaired and smoothed, then swept and vacuumed, and the wet areas need to be dried first.
Bottom layer: Use a trowel to apply the prepared epoxy resin primer evenly on the original ground, completely penetrating and bonding with the original ground to form a layer of strong adhesive bottom layer.
Mortar layer: After the bottom layer is cured, apply the prepared mid-coat material plus quartz sand evenly and fully with a trowel on the bottom layer to enhance the pressure and impact resistance of the floor. (It will be painted twice)
Middle layer: After the mortar layer is solidified, it will be fully sanded. Use a trowel to flatten the prepared middle coating material on the mortar layer to fill the uneven small pits on the mortar layer. and pinholes to make them even and flat.
Surface layer: After the mid-coat is cured, use a grinder to grind it completely and then clean it to make the base surface of the mid-coat flat and smooth. Mix the top coating materials and apply them evenly on the middle coating with a roller to form a dust-proof, anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, smooth and bright epoxy resin surface layer.
